The Big Pine Lady Warriors went to Yerington, Nevada, for their annual tournament and came home with a 4-0 record in their bracket, which featured 2 varsity  and 2 junior varsity teams from much larger high schools (Dayton and Truckee).
Lady Warrior Softball Coach Bob Church- “Our girls didn’t really get a chance to face top notch pitching, so it’s kind of tough to really judge ourselves offensively. However, I was proud of our girl’s sportsmanship, camaraderie, and ability to not get down on themselves as individuals when something didn’t go their way.”
