An Introduction with Lt. Sherry Hooper

Hello my name is Lt. Sherry Hooper, and I am the new commanding officer for The Salvation Army here in Bishop.

I started going to the Salvation Army when I was thirteen years old, and fell in love with it. I have served in the ministry through The Assembly’s of God, as well as the Salvation Army.
This past June, after two years of attending the school for officers training, I received my AA in Ministerial, and  Ordination of Pastoral in the Salvation Army.  I am very blessed and count it a privilege to be serving the people of the Bishop community.
