Coach Manny Terrasas and the Bronco Girls secured the outright HDL championship Tuesday with a solid 2-1 win over Frazier Mt. Bishop Union jumped on top 2-0 in the first half and held on for the win. Goals were scored by Freshman Katie Dohnel, and “The Boss” Sara Voss with Jaden Piper assisting on the Voss goal giving Bishop Union the early lead. Coach Terrasas credits the strong effort of the defense including goalkeeper Dulcinea Vasquez. Terrasas also thanks the Bronco fans for their support.
